Nick Derksen
Nick Derksen is a Century 21 Creekside Realtor who has leveraged both his experience and personal strengths to affect change both locally and globally within the world of real estate, whether that involves his expertise in land development, new home construction or investment properties.
His experience began very hands-on within the construction world in 1996, which has provided him with a very wholistic view of the industry and contributed to a diverse and all-encompassing skill set that ranges from custom finishing carpentry, framing, and project management.
Nick began his career as a Realtor in 2014 as it was the perfect compliment to his existing business and with his experience and his natural giftings it was a instant fit.

Mark Lofthouse
Mark Lofthouse is a name that is one of the most recognized in Real Estate in the Fraser Valley. Mark’s hard work, dedication and passion for the business has launched him into the forefront and he is one of the top sellers of his time. Mark displays the same energy that made him a top player in his professional hockey career, where he played with the Washington Capitals and the Detroit Red Wings. Mark has continued his professional hockey relationship with the Vancouver Canucks Alumni, participating in numerous charity events benefitting Canuck Place, Camp Good Times, and many other organizations.
After Mark retired from the NHL in 1989, he went on to pursue a career in the Real Estate world. After BCIT, the Real Estate licensing program, and over 1900 homes sold, he’s landed himself a reputation for being a highly sought-after agent within this competitive field.

Leslie Phillips-Lofthouse
Leslie is a well-known and sought-after Realtor in the Fraser Valley. Her sense of compassion and ability to communicate allow her to get through some of the biggest challenges with ease. She is highly focused on making sure the needs of her clients are met and to see them through their purchase and sale all the way.
Leslie was born and raised in the outskirts of Cloverdale and grew up on a Thoroughbred Racehorse breeding and training farm.
