- 3 minutes to be connected to the Promontory Trail Network that has trails weaving along tree lined paths and through wooded areas across Promontory.
- 5 minutes to the Mt Thom Trail Head – a popular hike for locals that is about 10k long.
- 13 minutes to Sardis Sports Complex, which has 3 ice rinks as well as tennis courts and a walking path.
- 14 minutes to Vedder Park and the Rotary Trail – a popular path along the Vedder river, used for walking, cycling and jogging.
- 18 minutes to Cultus Lake, which has Cultus Lake Water Park, Cultus Lake Adventure Park, Cultus Lake Golf Course as well as Cultus Lake Provincial Park.
- 18 minutes to Mountain Biking at Vedder Mountain – a huge array of world class trails maintained by locals and free to access.
